JJF DESIGNS LTD were appointed as the lead designer to takeover a f ull planning application package and develop it towards an RIBA Stage 5 construction stage package. Comprising of the refurbishment of an existing colonial style vernacular 3 storey residential dwelling and adding an extra floor level, a new terrace roof.

24 Willis’s Road
This project comes under the auspices of PLANNING VISION as the sole project manager/coordinator of this scheme, and JJF DESIGNS LTD were appointed as the lead designers to deliver it up to RIBA Stage 5 construction stage.
It comprises of the refurbishment of an existing colonial style vernacular 3 storey residential dwelling including ground level, extension of the footprint of the top level, conversion of the ground level into an enclosed car parking area, removal of an existing lateral extension to provide a terraced area.
Achieved - Full Planning approval and Tender stage submission.
